How To Proceed With an Order ...

Step 1. Place your order online
Step 2. You will receive acknowledgment of your order by email
Step 3. Your memorial pack with detailed instructions will be dispatched to you
Step 4. On receipt of your memorial pack carefully read all of the instructions and follow the guidelines
Step 5. Post your package to the studio address FAO Jamis
Step 6. On receiving your package Jamis will notify you of its safe arrival

Courier Option

In light of recent postal strikes, if you would prefer to use DPD as a courier, we can arrange for collection of ashes at a charge of £15.

Receive our Memorial Pack

Our free, no-obligation, Memorial Ordering Pack consists of a brochure containing information about our products, a price list, engraving options, ashes bag and more information about ordering and how to get the ashes to us (also explained in our T&C section).

If you would be more comfortable placing your order by post rather than online, the pack contains an order form for you. You are still welcome and encouraged to complete the order on our website, as it can be accessed 24/7 at your convenience and you can pay securely. You can then send us the ashes and signed agreement later.

You can also visit us in person at the studio in Bath, but please call first, so the studio manager can be available to greet you.

After you have returned your pack to us, but not already paid online, orders cannot be processed until payment is received.
